Food & beverage → Costing & offers → F&B offers. Create title, rules, time window, discount.
India example: Happy hour 5–7 PM · 20% off mocktails. -
Train cashiers
Show how to apply the offer in Billing/POS. Forbidden stacks (e.g. with staff meal) should be stated.
India example: Mocktail happy hour only · not on food. -
Toggle off when done
Disable expired offers. Review whether the promo moved covers or only cut margin.
India example: Disable after Onam week · keep note of uplift.
Tips
Check food/beverage cost before deep discounts on already thin items. · Alcohol promos: follow licence and responsible-service rules.
