FindMyStay.in (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides an India-focused accommodation discovery website and related owner services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Stays arranged between guests and property owners are contracts between those parties; FindMyStay.in is not the lodging provider unless we expressly say so.

Agreement

Acceptance of terms

By using our services, you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to comply with them. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

Material changes may be communicated by email or a notice on the Service. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Access

Accounts & access

Accurate registration

Provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. Keep credentials confidential and notify us of unauthorized use.

Team access

If you invite staff to a property workspace, you are responsible for their activity and for revoking access when appropriate.

Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, harm the platform, or create legal or security risk.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract under Indian law. The Service is not directed to children under 18.

User obligations

As a visitor or property owner, you agree to:

Provide accurate information for profiles and business listings.
Maintain account security and report unauthorized access.
Keep listings free of false or misleading information.
Comply with applicable laws for your business and use of the Service.
Respect intellectual property and privacy of others.
Not use the Service for illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.
Not impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation.
Not use bots, scrapers, or automated access without permission.
Not spam, harass, or solicit users improperly.
Accept that we do not guarantee listing visibility or ranking.
Report violations of these terms to us promptly.
Understand that breaches may result in suspension or termination.

Provide accurate, complete, and current information about your stay.
Maintain listings and respond to guest enquiries in a timely manner.
Comply with laws governing lodging, advertising, taxes, and consumer protection.
Update listings when status, amenities, or policies change.
Remain accountable for the legality and quality of services you offer.
Handle guest disputes professionally and efficiently.
Ensure team members you invite follow these terms and applicable law.

Content

Listings & content

You retain rights in content you submit, but grant FindMyStay.in a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the Service (including public listings and marketing of the platform).

You represent that you have the right to publish photos, text, and contact details you upload, and that they do not infringe third-party rights or violate law.

Billing

Subscriptions & payments

Some owner features require a paid plan. Fees, renewals, and plan limits are described at purchase or in your account. Payments are processed by our payment provider. Unless required by law or our published cancellation/refund policy, fees already paid may be non-refundable.

Owner tools (PMS)

Your operational data

Reservations, folios, guest records, and similar data you enter are for managing your property. You are responsible for accuracy and lawful use.

No channel-manager guarantee

OTA links and commission tracking are not live channel sync. You remain responsible for inventory sold outside FindMyStay.in.

Availability & backups

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Export important records for your own compliance needs.

Tax & compliance

GST, TDS, and similar tools are operational aids. Confirm treatment with qualified professionals for your situation.

Ownership

Intellectual property

The FindMyStay.in name, logos, design, software, and platform content (excluding your listing content) are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or exploit the Service except as allowed by these terms.

Risk

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of the website, reliance on listing information, stays arranged with owners, or interruptions of the Service — including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.

Jurisdiction

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer protections, disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
