Produce and charge
Kitchen produces from the catering order; post charges to the event/room folio or settle per contract. Update status when done.

Tips
Link to Group bookings / Events when the stay block exists elsewhere. · Taste for oil/spice with the planner once — write the agreed menu on the order.
