Create bookings under the agent
New booking / group → set source or agent link so commission reports can pick them up.

Settle commission
Use Finance / channel commissions or your agent statement process — do not “adjust cash” without a record.
India example: Month-end: Horizon 8 room-nights · 12% on net · pay NEFT.
Tips
OTAs like Booking.com are Distribution channels — not Travel agents profiles.
