Reservations → Group bookings → create a group with a clear name and dates.

Attach room reservations
Add or link individual reservations (Deluxe ×4, Suite ×2) under the group reference.
India example: Shared note: “One master folio for banquet; rooms EP (European Plan — room only)”. -
Operate day-of from Front desk
Use Pre-arrival / Arrivals filtered by group; assign rooms in bulk where possible.
India example: Morning brief: Mehta group 6 arrivals · block courtyard wing.
Tips
Decide early: one master folio vs each room pays own — note it on the group.
Common mistakes
Creating 6 unrelated bookings with no group link — night audit and planners cannot track the block.
