What this section is

Cost centres are department (or property) tags applied on journals, payments, and petty cash so spend and some income can be analysed by FRONT, FNB, HK, ADMIN, etc. Defaults often seed on first accounting use. Without tags, Budgets and departmental views cannot allocate actuals.
