Bank accounts lists property bank ledgers (e.g. HDFC current) mapped to GL codes such as 1010/1020, with opening balances. Guest receipt vouchers and vendor payment vouchers hit these ledgers. Move money between cash and bank with Contra vouchers — not by editing openings casually.

Reconcile to statement
Match GL to bank statement (and Finance Bank/UPI refs / settlements where ops cash lives).

Tips
One GL code per bank account — sharing 1010 across two banks blurs reconciliation. · OTA remittance UTRs still logged in Distribution/Finance ops; GL posting is the books mirror.
