Open Stock & supplies
Operations → Supplies (quick) → Stock & supplies. Review on-hand and low-stock flags.
India example: Shampoo bottles: 24 left · reorder below 20 · flagged. -
Create or edit an item
Name, unit (bottle/piece/kg), reorder level, optional notes (brand/par per room). Keep names staff will search.
India example: Item “Shampoo 30ml” · unit bottle · reorder 20. -
Receive, issue, or adjust
Prefer receive via Purchase order when buying. Use issue when sending to a floor/HK cart. Adjust only for count corrections with a reason.
India example: Issue 24 to Floor 2 · adjust −2 damaged · note “leaked in store”.
Tips
Par levels per room type help HK know how many to put back after checkout cleans. · Do not mix F&B kitchen stock here if you use full Inventory for food — keep scopes clear.
Common mistakes
Adjusting to “fix” the number without investigating theft/waste — hides the real problem.
