Catalogue is your downloadable brochure file (PDF) for the listing — room types, photos, tariffs overview, wedding/banquet one-pager. Replace it when prices or photos change; an old PDF causes disputes.

Open Catalogue
Operations → Extras → Catalogue. See the current file or upload a new one.
India example: Upload SeaView_brochure_2026.pdf. -
Check before publishing
Open the PDF: property name, phone, sample rates marked “from / subject to GST”, and that photos match today’s rooms.
India example: Cover shows Fort Kochi address · WhatsApp number correct · “Rates excl. GST”. -
Retire outdated files
Replace (do not leave agents circulating last year’s tariff). Tell the desk which file is current.
India example: 2025 brochure removed · 2026 only · WhatsApp status updated.
Tips
Keep file size reasonable for mobile WhatsApp forwards. · Do not put full Aadhaar-style personal data or internal SOPs in the public brochure.
