Products are sellable goods linked to your FindMyStay listing — homemade spice packs, gift hampers, branded merchandise. They differ from Add-ons (services) and from Stock & supplies (internal HK consumables).

Open Products
Operations → Extras → Products. Review what appears with your listing.
India example: Homemade spice pack ₹250 · Gift hamper ₹999. -
Create or edit a product
Title, price, short description, photo if available. Be honest about stock — do not list what you cannot fulfil.
India example: Spice pack · 100g · ₹250 + GST note · photo of sealed pack. -
Fulfil when sold
When a guest buys or FO sells at desk, record payment on the folio/payment path you use and hand over the item. Reduce any internal count you keep.
India example: Checkout sale · hamper on folio · guest bags it at lobby.
Tips
Keep the product list short and high-quality — cluttered listings convert worse. · Food gifts: mind shelf life and FSSAI / labelling rules that apply to your business.
