Inventory → Catalog & stores → Dashboard. Scan low-stock count, valuation, open POs.

Drill into alerts
Open low-stock lines → confirm Item master reorder levels are sane → raise Reorder / PO (Procurement chapter) or transfer from another store.
India example: SHAM-30 below 20 · PO already open · chase vendor. -
Glance recent movements
Unusual issues/adjustments need a reason. Dashboard is where odd patterns show up.
India example: Large adjustment −50 towels with no count session → investigate.
Tips
Pair Dashboard with Physical count cadence — valuation is only as good as counts. · Do not ignore low-stock because “we always buy locally same day”.

Treating valuation as profit — it is stock on hand at cost, not revenue.
