Use on bookings
When creating Event bookings / calendar blocks, pick this venue — do not invent names in notes only.
India example: Wedding Sat → Ballroom selected on booking.
Tips
Theatre ≠ banquet capacity — quote the right number for seating style. · Keep rental rate realistic; contract ₹ on the booking can still override for packages.
Common mistakes
Taking a verbal “lawn booked” with no venue row — calendar cannot protect the space.
