Packages are reusable product offers attached to bookings. Define code, name, type (wedding / conference / party / corporate), rate ₹/pax, optional flat ₹, minimum guests, inclusions text, notes. Defaults may include WED-STD and CONF-DAY. Inclusions (buffet, décor, basic AV) set client expectations before the BEO gets detailed.

Attach on booking
Pick the package on Event bookings; adjust contract ₹ if negotiated.
India example: Sharma wedding · WED-STD · contract negotiated ₹4.5L.
Tips
Write inclusions clearly — “basic décor” vs floral mandap must not be ambiguous. · Min guests protects kitchen costing on small parties.
Common mistakes
Changing package ₹ mid-season without telling sales — old quotes will mismatch.
