What this section is
Function calendar shows venue space blocks and active events for a date range (default today → +30 days). Add blocks: venue, date/times, type (event / tentative hold / maintenance), title, optional booking link, notes. Use tentative for site visits; maintenance when the hall is out of service. Active bookings in range appear alongside blocks.
