Profitability is a read-only banquet sales review: recent non-cancelled bookings, revenue from contract or charges, and an estimated cost (currently a simple % model — not live COGS/payroll). Use margin % to coach packages and discounts. For audited numbers use Finance insights / Accounting P&L — this screen says so in its disclaimer.

Fix Packages / BEO scope / staffing — do not treat the estimate as GL truth.

Tips
