Doc templates hold reusable document layouts (type, header, body, footer, default flag). GSTIN, invoice numbering, and tax wording still live under Taxes & fees / Tax invoices — templates here are wording shells, not the fiscal series. Use for confirmation letters, house rules inserts, etc.
