Rates & offers → Seasonal pricing → create a named season with start/end dates.
India example: Peak Christmas · 20 Dec–5 Jan · +30% on Deluxe and Superior plans. -
Choose adjustment type
Percent or fixed amount — apply only to the plans/types you intend. Document whether GST is calculated after the adjusted rack.
India example: +30% on ex-GST rack · folio still applies Taxes & fees slabs. -
Verify on calendar and booking
Cross-check Pricing calendar / a test New booking in-season vs out-of-season.
India example: 28 Dec Deluxe CP shows peak; 10 Jan shows base weekday.
Tips
Do not stack confusing overlapping seasons without a rule — keep one clear peak per date. · Clone last year’s Peak and only edit dates/percent.
Common mistakes
Leaving last year’s Peak active into February — guests overcharged after season ends.
