Open Coupons
Rates & offers → Coupons. Create code, percent or flat ₹ off, validity, and max uses.
India example: STAY10 · 10% off · max ₹500 · direct only · ends 31 Mar. -
Apply on booking
When the guest quotes the code, apply it on New booking / checkout path your property uses. Confirm the net rate before confirming.
India example: Rack ₹4,000 → STAY10 → ₹3,600 (+ GST per Taxes & fees). -
Retire abused codes
Disable or delete when the campaign ends so night audit does not see mystery discounts.
India example: STAY10 expired · new code MONSOON15 for Jul only.
Tips
Prefer unique codes per campaign so reports can attribute demand. · Do not use coupons for Infosys contracted rates — use Corporate accounts + rate plan.
