Open Room inventory
Rooms → Room inventory. Filter by type if the list is long.
India example: Filter Deluxe · see 101–106, 201–206. -
Add or edit a room
Create room number, link room type, floor/wing, and any permanent notes (near lift, no window). Mark inactive only if it should never sell.
India example: Add 207 Deluxe · Floor 2 · note: connecting door to 208 for families. -
Verify sellable count
Active rooms under Deluxe should match what you intend to sell (minus long-term OOO). Cross-check Overbooking and Availability.
India example: 12 Deluxe doors · 1 long OOO (plumbing) · sellable 11 until maintenance ends.
Tips
Use real door numbers guests see — not internal codes only staff understand. · Connecting rooms: note both sides so Pre-arrival can assign pairs for families.
Common mistakes
Deleting a room that has history instead of marking inactive/OOO — breaks past folios and reports.
