Read stays and gaps
Colour bars are reservations/stays. Empty cells are candidates for walk-in or move — still confirm Status board for today.
India example: 302 free tonight · dirty until 14:00 · hold for walk-in after Clean. -
Check before changing dates
Before extending or moving, confirm the target room/type is free for the new nights.
India example: Extend Patel 205 +1 night · calendar shows 205 free 16 Oct · confirm rate then save.
Tips
Same board as Operations → Booking calendar alias — one timeline, two menu paths. · OOO and blocks should be visible; if a stay overlaps OOO, fix assignment immediately.
